Processing & shipping time: (Domestic shipping only) All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once processed, orders are shipped via UPS or USPS, depending on the selected shipping method at checkout. 

Delivery Times: Estimate delivery may vary from 3-7 business days after processing time. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak holiday seasons.

Order tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package's journey.

Undeliverable, lost or returned packages

• Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned due to insufficient address information, the customer will be contacted with the option to get their order re-shipped with the responsibility for any additional shipping fees or receive store credit in the form of a digital code will be issued minus the initial shipping charge and a $35 restock fee.

Address Corrections: Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. Address changes must be made within 12 hours of purchase. 

Responsibility: ALOVE is not responsible for delayed, lost, misplaced/stolen, or incorrectly delivered shipments. Once in the possession of the carrier, please contact your local post office for any issues.

*Returns for store credit only* We accept returns for store credit only within 7 days of delivery. Returns must be requested and approved before sending any items back. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and free from alterations. To initiate a return, please email alovellc@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. Each return will be carefully reviewed. If approved, we will provide return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue store credit via a digital code.
