Processing & shipping time: (Domestic shipping only) All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once processed, orders are shipped via UPS or USPS, depending on the selected shipping method at checkout.
Delivery Times: Estimate delivery may vary from 3-7 business days after processing time. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak holiday seasons.
Order tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package's journey.
Undeliverable, lost or returned packages
• Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned due to insufficient address information, the customer will be contacted with the option to get their order re-shipped with the responsibility for any additional shipping fees or receive store credit in the form of a digital code will be issued minus the initial shipping charge and a $35 restock fee.
- Address Corrections: Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. Address changes must be made within 12 hours of purchase.
- Responsibility: ALOVE is not responsible for delayed, lost, misplaced/stolen, or incorrectly delivered shipments. Once in the possession of the carrier, please contact your local post office for any issues.
