Policy Agreement By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Return Policy Due to the personal nature of our products and their high demand, all sales are final. Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.

*Returns for store credit only* We accept returns for store credit only within 7 days of delivery. Returns must be requested and approved before sending any items back. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and free from alterations. To initiate a return, please email contact@alovehaircollection.com with your order number and reason for return. Each return will be carefully reviewed. If approved, we will provide return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue store credit via a digital code.

Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy

Order Adjustments Once an order is submitted, it is processed immediately to ensure timely fulfillment. As a result, changes or cancellations cannot be made after the order has been placed. Please ensure all order details, including product selections and shipping information, are correct before finalizing your purchase.

*Transit Delays* While rare, transit delays may occur. ALOVE is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or unforeseen circumstances such as acts of nature. Therefore, *Refunds or chargebacks** will not be issued for delays caused by these factors. 

*Chargebacks* ALOVE is not liable for chargebacks related to shipping delays, lost, or incorrectly delivered packages caused by the carrier. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
